STRATEGIC PLANNING
Clients often approach DAK Consulting with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the company grow and evolve through the development of a new strategic plan. The development process was collaborative and reflected the core values of the organization. Today, the strategic plan serves as a key driver in the organization's strategies and has produced demonstrated results in all key metrics.
SURVEY DEVELOPMENT
This project involved the development of two assessments. The client was clear on the survey purpose and questions. After meeting with the client, we used our survey knowledge and expertise to create the two assessments that fully aligned with the expected outcomes. The two assessments are currently being used as a key part of the organization's operations to drive client engagement.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was truly spectacular. Using principles of continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma, we identified both the current and future state of key processes within the organization. The organization's processes were then modified based on best practices within the industry to enhance internal operations and external customer satisfaction. This process allowed the organization to make a critical pivot in order to enhance industry relevance and competitiveness, allowing for greater results to be achieved.
